Universal Monsters Frankenstein and the Bride

Mezco just announced the release of

Universal Monsters

Frankenstein and the Bride.

I am super excited about this set.

You can pre order them on the Mezco

site for $64.00.

Being that I am a huge fan

of Frankenstein and have started

collecting Frankie merch.

He has been on my wish list since

 I first saw him.

The Bride is a total surprise.

They both need to be on my doll shelf!

Im betting their boxes are going to be awesome too.

I just can't wait to see what they look like.

Bride of Frankenstein 1935

American horror monster film.

They are one of the most popular couples

in silver screen history.

I feel kinda silly saying this, but

I have never seen either Frankenstein movies.

They just earned them self's a spot on my

must watch movies list!

Mezco is planning on coming out with

Dracula and hopefully

some other Universal Monsters.

This is defiantly a series that is going to

be a hit and sell out quickly.

I love that they not only make

original doll but take make

some of the great monsters and

movie characters  into dolls!

Which is going to make all of

our collections something to talk about!

Pumpkin Brownies

I have a box of brownie mix but no oil.

Awhile back I read that you can use pumpkin

instead of oil of butter.

I just happen to have a can of 100% pumpkin.

I am going to put this recipe to the test.

It said all you do is mix the brownie mix and

pumpkin together.

Cutting out the eggs, milk, oil.

Mixing till it turns into a batter,

I used the pumpkin can and filled

about  half of it with water.

To  water down the mix a bit.

Sprayed my pie dish, poured batter in.

Put in the oven at 350 for about 30 mins.

Now I warn you these don't have

the brownie texture.

They are a bit more gooey not really cake like,

but they are delicious.

The mix of chocolate, walnuts and pumpkin

was defiantly a tasty one.

 The kiddos loved them too.

I was a bit nervous I mean they were

expecting a real brownie.

All I got though was Mommy this is SO GOOD!

By using the pumpkin you are adding

a whole bunch of great things,

turning brownies into

a healthy snack.

Loaded with an important antioxidant, beta-carotene.

• When no butter or milk is added to it, pumpkin is virtually a fat-free food, with only 0.2 grams of fat per 1-cup serving.

And to be honest I am a sucker for pumpkin.

My absolute favorite dessert is pumpkin pie.

But knowing I can get the same great flavor in my brownies.

I am going to stock up on cans of pumpkin this season.

Now this brownie would have been the

  perfect healthy snack if only

  I wasn't out of Turmeric...

  Give it a try!
  They are PUMPKINTASTIC!

Cadbury Screme Eggs

We love Halloween in

The Dollhouse.

All the spooky decor, costumes, and CANDY!!

We are all guilty of having huge

sweet tooth's here.

My husband starts buying Cadbury eggs

the day they come out.

Then all through out Easter, they

are his favorite.

He usually has a whole hidden

stash of Cadbury eggs in the refrigerator.

Naturally being a lover of chocolate and all

things spooky.

Once I heard about the Screme Eggs

I wanted to get my hands on some.

Mentioned them to the Hubby,

next thing I knew we were in the

car on the way to the store to get some.

They had a few boxes left we bought

one that had about 10 in it.

Hubby was excited because this meant

he wouldn't have to wait till

Easter to get his favorite treat.

I love the wrapping!

It is so awesome they went with a light

purple and lime green instead of just

orange and black.

Same delicious Cadbury chocolate.

I think it would have been really spooky

if they put a skull or creepy

face on the egg.

The filling was good.

I don't regularly like the filling part.

But it was sweet but not over sweet.

The green was mostly for looks

didn't get a lime flavor or anything.

This was really a ghoultastic egg.

I hope they keep coming out with spooky eggs.

Brain eggs and fill them with jelly.

Oh my that would be amazing.

I am excited for the all spooky snacks this year.

And once all the Halloween candy

goes on discount we  stock up.

The Screme Eggs will be on the list of must haves!

They are just that Ghoulllllllld.

Oogieloves Surprise

We are really excited about the

new Oogieloves movie

The Big Balloon Adventure.

Goobie, Zoozie, and Toofie

are searching all through Lovelyloveville for

 5 magical gold balloons,

in time for their friends birthday.

They use creative thinking, teamwork and

enthusiasm to find these special balloons.

With some help of friends along the way.

What I am really excited about is

a movie I don't have to

worry about the language or

being to violent for the pee wee's.

It is a true G rated movie.

Fun filled and uniquely interactive.

I know my kids are going to

love all the songs.

They will be up and dancing!

Your three main characters are cute and

each have their own personality traits.

Even a few friends you might recognize.

Toni Braxton as Rosalie Rosebud

Christopher Loyd as Lero Sombrero

Jamie Pressly as Lola Sombrero

Chazz Palminteri as Milky Marvin

Cary Elwes as Bobby Wobbly

As part of the promotion for The Oogieloves new movie

they had a prize pack give away.

I knew once I saw this tent I had

to get it for the pee wee's.

Thinking of all the hours of

fun they would have in it.

Thanks to Jenn's RAQ I was

chosen as the winner of her giveaway.

The excitement was through the roof.

Little guys birthday was right around the corner.

This was going to be a  AWESOME present!

We sent up the tent!

The mighty M had a big Oogieloves surprise

waiting for him in the playroom.

They both squealed with excitement.

And pretty much were playing in it all day.

It made me happy that they loved it so much.

It was a big hit at the birthday party.

I am super impressed with the quality of the tent to.

Or should I say cubes and tubes.

It's made with a light plastic,

much better then that cloth fabric.

Which means it will hold up much better.

We are going to keep it in the play room

but the kids do get rough sometimes.

And as you can see it is huge!

Which I think is AWESOME!

Little guy has been bringing his toys in there

and playing the day away.

I also love that there is two cubes so if

we wanted to we could put on in

each of the kids rooms.

It has  colorful pictures of

the characters on all of the sides.

The prize pack also came with two

beach balls that has turned into a lot of fun.

We haven't put the Oogieloves mobile yet ,

we are saving it for a rainy day.

I am still excited that I was chosen for this.

It is something the kids will play

with for a very long time.

It just makes me so happy.

Thank you Jenn from Jenn's RAQ

and

The Ooogieloves

You made my little guys birthday EXTRA

special this year!

We have not seen The Oogieloves movie yet

but it is in theater and we will be sure to see it

when it comes out on dvd..

(We can't do the movies little guy just can't sit still)
