Cooking with Biscuits

I love to come up with new ways to use biscuits.

Today instead f making a traditional
 biscuit pizza made a salsa pizza.

It was so yummy so I am going to share it.

First take four biscuits and flatten them out.

Put the other biscuits away for later use.

But don't wait to long.

Then put a scoop full of salsa on each one.

Smear the biscuit with salsa

Put a good piece of cheese on top.

In my eyes the more cheese the better.

I just love cheese!

Cook for 13 mins

I always cook for 13 mins 

since it is my favorite number!

That is looking good.

But I like when the cheese it toasted a bit.

Broil them for a few minutes.

Yum!!! 

Ok so you remember that bag of un-used biscuits.

Well I'm going to use them to make biscuit burgers

or what I like to call a inside out burger.

First take two biscuits.

Put cheese in between them.

Next squish biscuits together so the cheese 

covered then take the hamburger

meat and do the same.

Cover the biscuit completely.

When I make these I have to make variations

hubby can't eat cheese and my little girl doesn't

like biscuits.

Bake for 25 mins

Check and make sure the meat is cooked.

Biscuit should be perfect.

Biscuit , cheese , and burger 

goodness

I like to put some spinach on top 

and drizzle with honey mustard

Hubby likes his with mayo 

and pickles.

I sometimes top with cole slaw.

This is a quick and fun way to make and eat a burger.

When my dad was here
 I made them and he loved it.
